Hence, we are not influenced in any case in the choices we operate independently to choose suppliers or factory we deal with. We work for our customers and only for our customers. Respect: We strive to achieve our goal in total respect and agreement with customers and suppliers we work with. In no case we take action without explicite agreement of them. Honesty: We have right to say "No" to our customer in case we estimate that we can not provide properly and with professionalism services to our customers. We prefer to be honest and measured our capabilities, whereas tell "Yes" to evrything and finally disappoint our customer.
Intelligence: Being educated and skilled people we know that it is more important to use our common sense and our brain to establish and adapt solutions fiting with our client requirement, than to consider a self made one fiting only partially with our customer's expectation. Our moto is: "If you have a brain, so use it . If you don't have one, use your boss's one."
Self-criticism: As western people, we know there is no improvement without operating a self-criticsm on ourselves. For us, there is no stupid questions. Every questioning, is a source of learning, a way to know more about a topic, a field. We don't accept to stay ignorant and doubtfull. Questioning, finding out, geting advice is also a way to limit risks of failure on the operations we manage. In a simple way: "It is better to wonder and find out, whereas waiting it is too late to act". This is in the interest of our customer, but also in ours. Confidentiality: Acting as professional people, we are aware that informations provided by our customers may be a key piece of their strategy and future development. Hence, upon their request, we agree to not disclose to any other third party informations provided by them. Selection: As a services company, we are know that without skilled, talentuous and smart people, we can not achieve our purpose properly: assist and help our customers in their operations. Hence, we strive to hire professional and dedicated people one by one, and provide daily opportunities to ensure they can continue to grow. Longevity: We consider it is better to build a long-term relationship with our partners and to achieve smaller profit, than operate a single one operation with high profit. |
