We success to reach the targeted price of our client in 95% of the case. The first request for quotation is free. From the second one, to start considering an order we ask for a deposit. Why ?

Well, we are behaving like professional and we expect that our client behave the same. Then, since it takes time, money and ressource to start sourcing, visitng factory, and quoting supplier we only consider serious orders. That's why we ask for a deposit depending on the project. This deposit is re-included in our final margin for the first order.

For this reason, we ask our customer to pay a fix deposit of € 288 that will be integrated in the final comission of the order.
